Abstract

The study aimed to explain the meaning of treatment and conflict linguistically and terminologically, the reasons for the contradiction between the Prophetic hadiths, and the methods of refuting it according to jurists and hadith scholars, which help in understanding the subject, and to suffice with mentioning the two hadiths regarding the permissibility of treatment with what is forbidden and prohibiting it from what is thought to be in conflict, and explaining the doctrines of the four jurists on this issue. And their interpretations that belong to them in the aforementioned hadiths, especially the statement given by the Hanafi fatwas.
